Small Cap Stock of the Day for June 23, 2011

Welcome back...

June 22nd triggered my first buy in this portfolio... WJX.V @ $36.39.  I'm kept my stop loss @ $36.12 and it triggered for nearly a 0.7% loss.

June 23rd, I chose ANS.TO @ $2.59 with a stop loss @ $2.53 and it did not trigger.

For June 24th, I'm choosing AAA.V @ $1.85 with a stop loss @ $1.80.

So far, this little adventure has only triggered on stock, and it closed down 0.7%.

Small Cap Stock of the Day for June 17, 2011

We continue to sit with no purchases in the past week... which is not all bad when the markets are falling down.  It's a great way to preserve capital and it just goes to show how difficult it is to make money purchasing long positions in stocks right now.

• For June 17th, I'm choosing SLG.V @ $1.88 with a stop loss @ $1.83.

Small Cap Stock of the Day for June 15, 2011

The smaller cap stocks have wild swings at times, making them more risky than others...  so far, we have not had any of the picks trigger purchases.  So, no wins yet, and no losses... which is far better than taking unnecessary risks with capital.

• For June 15th, I'm choosing EPO.V @ $0.27 with a stop loss at $0.25.
